The Butcher’s Club

New contender in Beijing’s burger scene

Form the company that has brought us Galleria, Art de Sweets, and Morton's Steakhouse now comes a burger joint that you can really sink your teeth into. What is this new place called? The Butcher’s Club. The join has recently opened up in the artsy Parkview Green.

Their opening was a real-life Epic Meal Time show where they did not shy away from what they were good at, making delicious burgers. In the pictures above and below, you are looking at 20 kilos of Australian minced beef being grilled to tender, juicy perfection. Topped with cheddar, tomatoes, pickles, maple syrup bacon, and their top-secret sauce, the chefs drew in a crowd of onlookers. The gargantuan burger was as good as it looked, and their regular sized burgers are even more so.

The secret is in their paddies. Made with three cuts of beef (brisket, shoulder, and rump) all dry-aged, freshly minced, and turned into a paddy, by hand each day. If you don’t want a burger (starting from ¥58) sink your teeth into a piece of steak instead (starting from ¥120).
