Sneak Peek at the Upcoming Hotel Jen

Take a sneak peek at what the new Hotel Jen Beijing has been up to! Scheduled to open in early June, this 5-star lifestyle hotel with its Shangri-La service will be the city's ultimate hang-out destination.

The 22-storey hotel sits within the China World Trade Center complex and houses 450 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a gastropub that serves up to 16 signature craft beers, multi-functional meeting space, and (our personal favorite) a two-story gym that's open 24 hours a day and overlooks the CCTV tower.

Take a walk with us.

After months of preparing for the grand opening, Brewmaster Tom Ashton and his team have officially made their very first beer. Cheers! The (still-under-construction) gastropub will be bringing some serious competition to the local craft brewers with their down-to-earth menu, attractive prices, and convenient location. We all know the rush-hour traffic in the Guomao area is notoriously bad, and we can't imagine a better place to sit it out after work. Grab a pint and relax for a bit at the gastropub before heading home. You'll be happier, (drunker,) and less stressed from having avoided that traffic jam.

Trainyard Gym (so far our favorite part about the hotel) has everything you could want/need to get into shape! The grungy New-York-graffiti-style décor and pumping music motivates you to do one more set while their large selection of classes provide alternative fitness options for those of us who like to switch it up every once in a while.

Equipped with LifeFitness workout equipment, the 3500sqm gym with floor-to-ceiling windows houses an entire floor of studios just for group classes. These include kickboxing, Zumba, spinning, yoga, Pilates, step and dance aerobics, as well as Les Mills workouts, all available to members.

Fancy a dip in the pool? Trainyard Gym's 25m lap pool also has an open skylight and an amazing view of the city. Post-workout, treat yourself to a little soak in the whirlpool or lay back and relax in the steam and sauna rooms, located in the privacy of the locker rooms.

Early-bird membership starts from ¥12,888 for 12 months and sign-ups have already started. Take our word for it, you need to snag one for yourself before they run out!

We are also offering an exclusive offer for City Weekend readers! Sign up for an early annual membership and enjoy one extra complimentary month.
