So... as I discovered earlier this week, the joyo.com website (China's Amazon.com) was doing a major reinventory (is that a word?) for thw WHOLE week, and nothing would be delivered for another week, so of course the advice I gave to everyone last week was well, not very useful.

Instead, a friend and I went hunting around the city for a copy (and finally found one at the Wangfujing bookstore, w00t!) That place is absolutely crazy, and I love that Chinese people just hang out and read a whole book (as if it were a library). Lots of weird activities always going on, too.

Either way, so I've now got a copy of the book, but as its rather last minute, I've scanned a couple of the short stories and you can see the PDF here I'm not certain of the copyright issues involved, but I'm putting these few stories up in the hopes that people who come to the discussion tonight will be able to participate (and if they like these stories they will buy the book).
