an age-old mystery is cleared up (or something)
I actually found this tale to be rather charming (though again, as previously warned, written in a very "old-timey" fashion). Published originally in 1919, its antiquey enough to be quaint and charming, and is obviously a direct translation from the Chinese phrasing, which works out very well.
As I've only just read the first story, I can't vouch for the rest, but so far so good. I'm looking forward to reading through the others. They are all fairly short, so it should be easy for folks to make their way through the book in time for a meeting for next week.
I've put up an event listing here. Also, don't forget to leave comments (pretty please) :)

I really enjoy the stories, just like some my grand mother tells to me. I am looking forward to discussing the stories tonight 8^)
