Those roaming about with their own four wheels are reminded to DRIVE SLOWLY -- never too fast -- and to MIND THE GAP between you and the car in front. (No gap = bumper-to-bumper head crash.)

Delays may be expected at freeways and airports; as we write this, there are accidents already on the southern 6th Ring Road and the Jingcheng and Badaling Freeways. This will be your cue to be a careful driver all day long!

The sun comes out again tomorrow... but for today, you'll have to make do with Old Man Winter. Actually, given the fact that you might -- you know -- even get to do a snowman or two (especially if you're young!), it's never all that bad, I guess!
