Wait... Is This An Airport?
What do you call a place that has both airport facilities and replicas of famous buildings in China, as well as traditional Chinese architecture? You call this -- the new Terminal 3 in Beijing Capital International Airport.
Nine-dragon walls, pagodas, fountains... it's all in there. If you want to take a look at the scenery themselves, help yourself here.
Is Beijing's new airport terminal a candidate for the Guiness World Record of Most Artistic Airport (if that award exists yet)?
Or do we call this one airports with Chinese characteristics (中国特色机场主义) ?

Odd... this is from one of those "major" news sites in Beijing. Are you on a Mac? I visit that site on a daily basis and -- so far, no infections...

Nope, XP + Firefox. But access is being blocked by my anti-virus/anti-spyware/anti-pasta software. It warns that Baidu is trying to download something onto my computer

Anti-pasta... sounds like one hungry computer... ;)
Not sure if it's Baidu myself (since I can't see the alert). But I am aware of "detrimental content" (in the form of "highly suggestive text ads") on the page which may be on the more malignant side of things.

Yup, that why it always attached to the mains. :)
must be those ads - and thoughts of dessert that are turning it off.

Doesn't matter how big or small here, website security for and attention to the user is definitely low on the priority list of most Chinese portals.

The link you provided was blocked by my "Web Security Guard" on the basis that that the site has been reported as dangerous. That normally means adware, malware and a potential source of virus infection.
