As City Weekend reported last week, recent research has unveiled that nearly 60% of Chinese women are unfulfilled by their sex lives. So what better way to help the nation in this time of crisis than to tell all you boys (and girls) how to satisfy your ladies in bed.

1. Nikki says RELAX.
Making her feel relaxed doesn’t necessarily mean plying her with alcohol. If you compliment her, avoid cracking jokes at her expense, and make her feel like the sexiest woman alive, she’s more likely to forget her inhibitions, feel ‘in the mood’ and enjoy the whole experience.

2. ASK HER.
Different things work for different people, so if you feel intimate enough to have sex with this person, you should be cool with asking her what she wants. This should be done pre-sex, when you are getting naked, kissing and beginning to explore her body. If she’s a shy girl, it could be a case of trial and error; in which case, kiss or touch a few areas and see if she likes it. If she approves, you’ll hear an approving moan or see a smile.

3. DO AS YOU’RE TOLD.
If she’s nudging you toward a certain direction, don’t be stubborn and set about ‘finishing’ the job you’re doing first. If she’s nudging you towards a different place, it’s obviously because what you’re attempting is not doing anything for her. Slowly maneuver yourself to the destination she wants you to be, and get to work there instead.

Please don’t keep asking for directions, use your own judgment and do your thing, if she’s quiet it doesn’t mean that she’s not enjoying herself, so don’t keep interrupting the flow with your endless questions. Annoying!

6. HAVE SOME SENSE IN SENSITIVE AREAS.
When it comes to delicate areas, biting is not a good idea…as I’m sure you’ll agree.

7. KEEP WITHIN THE PERIMETRES.
It’s good to be inquisitive about her body, but don’t enter boundaries that you’re not sure whether she’s ‘ok’ with you exploring. Until you know how she feels about you being in areas that haven’t readily been offered, steer clear. Some girls like ‘extras’, and some don’t.
