This Friday Molly Malone’s hosts the last performance of the world renowned Johnny Fox‘s Irish dancing troupe, all the way from Dublin and only at Molly Malone‘s, it will certainly a show and an atmosphere not to be missed.

Molly Malone’s is a fantastic Irish pub giving a real home-away-from-home feel to British and Irish expats alike. It has copied the décor of a Dublin local right down to the very last detail, the Victorian era lampshades, heavy wood banisters and leather Chesterfield armchairs to immediately conjure up a feeling of warmth and belonging. Home to one of the best pints of Guinness in Beijing (RMB55) and a wide selection of bar snacks including deep fried calamari (RMB28) and chicken wings (RMB42) , Molly‘s is one of Beijing’s few true pubs.

Molly Malone’s also boasts an extensive dinner menu with a wide range of main meals including steaks, pasta and vegetable dishes. The extensive and vegetarian friendly menu also includes the seafood, particularly a dish of cockles and mussels (RMB92), that made the original Molly Malone famous. All dishes are prepared by their Chinese chef who has lived and trained in Dublin. The seafood theme is continued with their unique in-house sushi bar which offers a variety of sushi dishes for reasonable prices. The staff are efficient, friendly and are possessed with that rarest of rare gifts in Beijing--service with a smile. This attention to detail combined with quality food and drinks makes Molly’s the perfect place for settling down and having a pint either with friends or when on a relaxed date.

Sure to become a popular haunt for locals and expats alike, Molly Malone’s will soon have us all singing "cockles and mussels" on the streets of Beijing.
