St. Patrick’s Day is here, and bars are competing for the hearts and minds of Beijing bargoers dressed in green. Here are our picks for how to celebrate tonight:

• If you’re looking for an authentic Irish Pub experience for St. Paddy’s Day, Paddy O’Shea’s is the place to go for a wild night of drinking and mayhem. They’re even taking over the upstairs restaurant for the night.

• Molly Malone’s is giving away one free pint of Guinness to every customer between 8 and 10pm, and one free Irish Flag drink between 10pm and midnight. There will be an Irish dancing performance as well as music by Sunflower from 8pm, and to sweeten the pot Monday through Sunday Malone’s is giving an extra 20 percent off of food and drinks, excluding set menus and bottles.

• Danger Doyle’s is carrying on with the theme of reducing prices lately for St. Patrick’s Day by offering pints of Guinness draft or two Carlsberg drafts for RMB31.7 from 11am – 8pm. The fun really starts at 8pm when they add two-for-one house spirits, Bailey’s, or Jameson to the RMB31.7 price level, as well as six baby Guinness or Irish Flag shots.

• The Den is offering pints of Guinness draft at RMB30 and bottles of Baileys and Jameson are RMB200 each.

• Drop the needle on some Everlast and celebrate St. Paddy’s Day hip-hop style at Bling, where girls dressed in green enjoy a free flow of Bailey’s all night and guys get two-for-one beers. It all kicks off at 9pm.

• Luga’s Villa is celebrating St. Paddy’s Day with an all day long Guinness happy hour. “Green beer” and breakfast will also be served all day and free gifts for Guinness drinkers will be given out. Live Irish music will be performed from 8-9pm to add to the festivities.
