It appears that drinking can get you places in life. Four Points by Sheraton has appointed its new and first ever, Chief Beer Officer, Scott Kerkmans. He has devoted his professional and personal life to beer from learning with a home brewing kit, to production and pairings as well as sampling stouts and sharing his knowledge on this craft.

As a certified beer judge who spends much of his free time seeking out new brews, he will be working closely with the Four Points by Sheraton team on the Best Brews program. They will be hosting “happy hours” at select Four Points properties across China, as well as attend high-profile beer festivals.
