In honor of April 1st, which city has more fools?
Beijing
Beijing, definitely. For instance, I was once sitting in a hip hutong cafe, using high speed wifi to work on my website, listening to jazz with people speaking several different languages in the background, just like in any other metropolis in the world. Then I had to get up and go outside to use the hutong's public toilets. You don't find that kind of surprise in Shanghai.
Shanghai
Shanghai! Because it attracts people who want to make it big and want to make lots of money. Unfortunately, people who are inclined to such goals usually are not the most ethical of people.
