1. Garden Court (St. Regis)

This brunch was the winner of City Weekend’s 2007 Reader’s Choice Award for Best Hotel Brunch for a good reason: the restaurant serves up one of the best spreads in town with fresh lobster on ice, a cornucopia of gourmet cheeses and made-to-order crepes. Don’t neglect the free flow of bubbly.

2. Noble Court (Grand Hyatt)

For an all-you-can eat dim sum megafeast, the Hyatt is the place. With chefs from Hong Kong whipping up the best of Cantonese cuisine, the restaurant more than earns its lofty reputation. If you have the time and the cash, you won’t be disappointed.

3. Monsoon (InterContinental)

Featuring a sorbet bar, fresh seafood and roasted meats to accompany the free flow of bubbly and selected vodkas, the InterContinental’s brunch is great for west-siders. Serenades from a Spanish-style acoustic guitarist round out the deal.

4. Senses (The Westin)

With 20 different wines and vodkas on the menu, here you can sit back and savor the now legendary decadence of the Westin’s Sunday brunch. It caters to all the senses, featuring everything from mouthwatering barbecue to chocolate fondue to live entertainment.

5. Cafe Cha (Shangri-La)

Get here early on Sunday to beat the crowds that flock for their freshly-whipped omelettes, congee and dim sum treats. For the sweet tooth, the cafe offers waffles dolloped with whipped cream and the richest, thickest chocolate syrup in town. It’s hedonism unleashed.

Over rated! The Hilton Wangfujing and Asia Bistro at JW Marriot are much better. The Westin's meats are too salty and the seafood is not fresh!
