WHERE YOU EAT...If you are a textbook editor

My friends and I go to Schindler’s for authentic German food. We really like the sauerkraut with mashed potatoes and sausage. They’ve got Weihenstephan beer, which is one of the oldest breweries in Germany, and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere else in Beijing. I find that Beijing cuisine is almost sweet, and Serve the People, a Thai restaurant, serves really fresh dishes that are spicy. I’ve only eaten there on off times, when there aren’t any people. It’s a little dark and but still cool place. Little Sheep is great hotpot. I love the yuanyang broth, where the pot’s divided in half, with one side just white broth and the other side is red hot spice.
