Buzz is based on many factors; most have to do with how much activity the item has caused on the site. Here are some easy tips to get Buzz higher:

Li Xin (Xi’an)
Probably my favorite place to go eat in Beijing is Dong Lai Shun (Hotpot). It’s a chain so there are restaurants all over the city, but I usually go to the one by Xiao Yun Lu. Dong Lai Shun is famous for its Beijing Hui Muslim style food. Their specialty is super thinly sliced lamb cooked as a kind of hotpot. I really like going together with friends. The food goes well with beer, but I suppose if you were feeling traditional you could have suan mei tang. I also like going to Quan Ju De for Beijing Duck. The only thing is it’s pretty expensive, so I don’t go that often.
