Richard is a professional consultant and learning facilitator/trainer. Many training services have been undertaken for Ericsson Telecommunications in Malaysia, India, Taiwan, China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Pakistan. A few samples of his other consultancies over recent years are:
A six-day programme on ‘Entrepreneurship’, written by him, for 'Perhebat' an orientation/support service for retiring military officers of the Malaysian Armed Forces.
A competency-modelling programme, (he co-developed) has been implemented by Celcom, a mobile telephone operator in Malaysia.
Leadership training has been conducted for AIS a major Telecom operator in Thailand.
A Total Quality Management consultancy for Bartercard Thailand.
Facilitation of brainstorming sessions for Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers Bangkok.
A seminar for Winstore Thailand to assist them in the creation of their Vision, Mission, Values, Obsessional Marketing Focus and Rolling Planning procedures.
Sales training has also been undertaken for a number of Sheraton Hotels in Malaysia and Taiwan and for the Hotel Mulia Senayan Jakarta.
A customer service programme was written and conducted for the Australian Commerce and Industry Office (ACIO) Taipei.
Most recently Emotional Intelligence Training has been conducted for the Embassy of the United States, commercial division - Indonesia
