Formed in 1982, NAPALM DEATH are the legitimate forefathers ofgrindcore and achieved a legendary status already during their earlydays with their viciously raw demos like “Hatred Surge” and the debutalbum “Scum” (1987), which started a truly violent revolution withinthe world of extreme music. Napalm Death. Don’t confuse them with one of the raft of pretender local bands that have fancy names but little else. This is THE Napalm Death. They’ve been dropping punk rock death metal grindcore bombs on the world for 20 years now, since their virgin demo: “Punk Is a Rotting Corpse.” Pretty much says it all. RMB170-380.
