WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: For more than 50 years, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) has been the world’s leading personality indicator. Essentially, the MBTI® identifies your natural preferences for taking in information, making decisions, and orienting your life - yielding 16 possible Type combinations.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone who would like a better understanding of themselves or others. To gain the most from the workshop, please come with a specific objective so that you can apply your learning.

METHODOLOGY: The questionnaire is taken individually. After this, the majority of the workshop is conducted in an interactive plenary session. Once your best-fit Type is established, break out groups work together to share insights and apply learning.
