Mr. Kai Martinsen is the president of Thomas International and the HR group president of Euro Chamber. He has many idea and experience from the real track. Mr Martinsen will give us a lecture about Retaining People. Topics of the lecture will be: Ø People’s diversification in terms of characteristics and behaviour Ø What are the inter- and external motives and drives of people Ø How to manage different people Ø The unique career development of people

The lecture will take about 45 minutes, followed by Q & A and some social networking with a glass of wine in our courtyard.

This lecture is organized by the Beijing Hutong School, which is an Internship Program connecting young talents from Europe and the USA with both Chinese and foreign companies in Beijing.
