She also has great outfits that make her look great and I know she already is designing a range of clothing, so she needs to continue to do that and expand the range to smart casual as well as sparkly outfits

A singer/actress/model who commands this much power in the media and has ability to mold modern culture should use her celebrity status as a platform for promoting positive change and goodwill. As cheesy as this sounds, she has an influence on the way people think, especially her younger fans. I don't doubt she is already doing charity work but to take it a step further like being Goodwill Ambassador, will definately lead a good example to the African-American community.

Beyonce's November 5th concert in Shanghai is, of course, a smash success. When the lights dim on the closing note of her last song, the crowd goes wild. They scream and shout for a full 10 minutes for an encore. At last, their wish is granted. Beyonce takes the stage for once more song: Crazy in Love. The music begins, Beyonce begins to sing, the song builds. Then, at the climactic moment, when that insanely catchy chorus kicks in, another figure appears on the stage. IT IS KIM JONG IL! The crowd gasps in shock. Beyonce and Kim Jong Il join hands and belt out the greatest rendition of "Crazy in Love" that the world has ever seen. The crowd goes wild once again. The frenzy builds. Girls scream and faint. Underwear and bras are thrown at the stage. There is no question: Kim Jong Il is a hip-hop superstar.
Unbeknownst to Kim Jong Il, however, this is all part of a master plan set in motion by Agent Knowles herself. The story begins a fews days earlier as Agent Knowles's jet touches down in Pyongyang. A red carpet unfurls from the jet. Beyonce is welcomed by a 10,000-strong crowd of children, who have been training for 12 months grueling months for her arrival. They throw flowers in the air and sing and dance to a military-inspired and highly choreographed rendition of "Naughty Girl." Beyonce, touched, follows this gesture by delivering, on the spot, an a capella version, in flawless Korean, of Arirang, the unification song of the Koreas. Kim Jong Il is so excited he can hardly contain himself. For you see, Kim Jong Il is Beyonce's biggest fan.
One hour later, Agent Knowles is toasting the Dear Leader over soju. They drink, and then, as they set their glasses down, Beyonce sets forth a proposal. "Come to Shanghai," she says. "Come be my Jay-Z. I need backup on 'Crazy in Love.'"
And that is how Kim Jong Il came to appear on the Shanghai Grand Stage on November 5th.
But meanwhile, in Pyongyang, agent Shaun Carter, better known as Jay-Z, has been afoot. As it turns out, Jay-Z is not content with having established the hottest hip-hop label and the hottest threads the world has ever seen. Above becoming a multimedia juggernaut, Jay-Z has long harbored a dream . . . a dream of becoming the ruler of a small communist country. He set the wheels in motion the first time he spotted Beyonce one hazy night. He knew from the first moment he set eyes on her that here was the key to making his dream happen. And so Beyonce was recruited into Jay-Zs master plan.
Thus, Kim Jong Il's ardent admiration for Beyonce was what gave Jay-Z the opportunity to whisk into Pyongyang and install himself as the new dictator of North Korea.
But, all ends happily. Kim Jong Il, it turns out, was ready for a career change anyway. He is whisked away from the Shanghai concert into a life of superstardom. Jay-Z quickly establishes the Roc-a-Fella Records headquarters as well as the Roca-wear headquarters in Pyongyang. The entire nation is employed in the service of his clothing and music empire, and their wild success lifts the nation out of poverty. One decade later, however, Jay-Z's domination of the hip-hop industry would come to be threatened by the creation of a new label from an old rival. International music superstar Kim Jong Il makes headlines around the world when he establishes an upstart new record label called Sunshine Policy Records.
Agent Knowles, whose cover has remained intact despite my posting this on the City Weekend webpage, carries on life as usual, but on the arm of Kim Jong Il and not Jay-Z.
