A Cosmic Yoga Dance workshop will be given by Master Rajendra Nyathi from India on Saturday 24 November 2007 at Mountainyoga's Fragrant Hill Retreat Centre. The workshop will cover a brief description of the origin of dance according to Indian mythology, yogic description of the cosmic dances and Lord of Dance - Nataraja. It will then be followed by a brief description on the characteristics of the dance and its connection to Yoga. The lecture will then be followed by a live demonstration of Cosmic Dance. 150yuan per person including shuttle, lecture, vegetarian lunch, hiking and druming.
