Fragrant rice with various types of spicy curries, a typical Sri Lankan gourmet delight, will feature. Save room for dessert after that savoury Sri Lankan meal and try the Wattalappam (a rich pudding made with fudge from palm treacle). Or, try fresh whole young coconut and nourishing juices from an abundance of tropical fruits.
