VAI VAI VAI SAMBASIA AXE AXE! 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY
In the past 2 years, SambAsia Beijing has had over 250 participants in our samba escola, played for over 50,000 people at over 50 performances on two continents ... and we're still sucking on our thumbs.
Over the past 24 months, SambAsia has added more rhythms, more songs, several regional styles of samba music as well as dance to our repertoire. We have collaborated with the likes of Cui Jian and now with Beijing-based Mongolian folk ensemble, Hanggai. And we're still pooping in our diapers!

uh, just in case it was not evident in the description, sambasia will be collaborating with mongolian folk ensemble, hanggai on a few tunes.
and i'm pretty sure it's the first ever brazilian samba and mongolian folk collaboration ever.
in addition to the SambAsia Beijing performing ensemble, we will also have members of the SambAsia Beijing samba school perform with us (many for the very first time) - that's about 40+ drummers, singers, and dancers in all.
so come on out!
