Discover new-fashioned Chinese at Summer Palace, now open with a subtly glamorous ambience after a five-month renovation, retaining its classic Cantonese haute specialities, courtesy of Master Chef Stanley Yuen, and showcasing new, creative, silky-light and fragrant Huaiyang cuisine, courtesy of new Huaiyang head chef Xin Qing Hou. The popular dim sum lunch takes on a stylish new twist, courtesy of the restaurant's team of Guangdong chefs, whilst sumptuous, new and much-enlarged private dining rooms provide a more elegant and discreet experience.
