Crisis Management and Crisis Communications Strategies
3rd June, 7:30 am -- 11:45 am Crowne Plaza Hotel, Beijing Members: 400 RMB Non-members: 800 RMB
With the Olympics approaching and a variety of serious issues increasing global and local scrutiny on multinational corporations (MNCs) in China, large companies are more and more vulnerable to a wide range of issues, some of which have the potential to become full-blown crises. A company not equipped with the knowledge of how to manage a crisis in the unique China context and how to undertake effective crisis communications with a wide array of stakeholder groups puts its business, brand and reputation at risk.
This seminar is designed to equip participants with a China-specific understanding of the basics of crisis management and crisis communications in order to develop and equip the company’s crisis management team. Particular attention will be paid to the role of government and other key Chinese stakeholders in all aspects of crisis preparedness, management and recovery.
