Description

Following the tragic events in Sichuan last week, a few of us Beijing promoter types have decided to get a charity jam together. Keeping wordplay to a minimum, we have called it the 'SICHUAN CHARITY JAM'.

Essentially, this coming Sunday (25th), a whole heap of Beijing's finest musicians will descend upon The Stone Boat. Live music starts at 6pm and the stage will be open for various members of various bands to get up and play various arrangements of music. It's a jam, in short. There will also be fine Thai food provided by Tuk Tuk.

This will be a great night for an even better cause. All proceeds will go to Mercy Corps who work with two local charity partners, directing funding according to needs on the ground.

LIVE MUSIC STARTS AT 6PM!

The line-up on the day will be a hectic combination of the following bands and artists:

Panjir, Hanggai, Zhou Yunpeng, Arrows Made Of Desire, Random K(e), Junglecat, Les Enfants Terrible, Upstepper Jam Band, The Jolly Fellow Uku Band, Bill Zorn, Mr Mojo
