Sampan Restaurant of Gloria Plaza Hotel Beijing introduces its new menu featuring favorite and signature authentic Chinese dishes such as Double boiled Shark’s Fin Soup, Chinese Herbal Soup and a selection of sumptuous Dim Sum, all presented majestically in the new menu. Heading the restaurant is Chef He Shuqiang, the Executive Chef Chinese Kitchen who has extensive culinary experience having worked for 15 years and been trained by a renowned Hongkong chef. He is member of China’s Culinary Association, China Nutrition Master and is one of the China Hotel Association Top Renowned Chef.
Sampan Restaurant with its fabulous mini aquarium shows the vivid tropic deepwater life at the entrance, which attracts many children. Classic marble, granite and golden decorative glass incorporated with Chinese traditional elements mixed in the modern style warms to its contemporary-oriental elegant ambience.
Dining is now more than just nourishment, with new majestic menu and elegant ambience.

I have tried the new menu, it is really the most organic restaurant in Beijing. People who love to eat Dim Sun should definitely try there.
