Bling up your summer as Aria Chef de Cuisine Bernhard Lermann rolls out a refreshing new summer menu for lunch and dinner, spotlighting exquisitely savoury caviar from renowned Siberian and Russian sturgeons, as well as the up and coming, increasingly sought-after caviar from the Kaluga and Amur sturgeons of the legendary, icy 2,700-mile Amur River, which extends from Heilongjiang province in China to Mongolia to the northernmost reaches of Siberia and Russia. Whether you're a purist and prefer your caviar plain-chic, or insist on accompanying your indulgence with traditional caviar condiments - Aria will be delighted to serve your caviar any way you please.
