Catch the fascinating pair of Shanxi-born and bred noodle Chefs of Scene a Cafe in full frontal action during lunch or dinner this summer. True to their roots, Shanxi noodle chefs will show off their various noodle-making skills, whether pulling, shaving, cutting, tearing, stamping, you name it - this is the closest you can get to authentic Shanxi noodles being created before your eyes, without actually jumping on an airplane. Oodles of noodles (twenty different kinds daily, from the popular "shaved" noodles to "flick" noodles), along with a dizzying array of different sauces to spice up any noodle, will be added on to Scene a Cafe's already-ample buffet selection.
