Yet another tribute to a master (and we're thankful he is still alive and well today), tenor saxophonist Sonny Rollins pioneered the piano-less trio in the mid-50s, allowing him space and freedom to blow as he pleased. Paying tribute will be Nathaniel Gao, saxophone; Charlie Wang Chenhuai, double bass, and Jimmy Biala, trap set.
