OT Lounge is very proud to be the ONLY venue in Beijing that features pianist/composer Xia Jia. Xia is perhaps better known as Cui Jian's keyboard player but since returning to China from his studies at the Eastman School of Music under Harold Danko, he has been instrumental in setting the bar for the city's jazz scene as the keys in Red Hand Jazz Band and the conductor of the Beijing City Jazz Orchestra. At OT Lounge, the Xia Jia Trio will perform original compositions and innovative arrangements of standards. Xia Jia, piano/composer; Wang Chenhuai, bass; Xiao Doui, trap set
