About our Speaker Sally Cox-Mulvenney: Sally has had more than a decade’s experience at some of the UK’s top brand consultancies, working with a client base of multinational brands and developing an industry profile as a well-respected senior marketing and sales professional. This she achieved not just by helping to create and implement commercially effective global brand strategies but also by winning business in a notoriously competitive marketplace.
In 2002, in conjunction with the British Design Initiative, she was invited to undertake a scoping study for UK Trade & Investment on business export opportunities for the British creative industry to South Africa. This project sparked her interest in branding opportunities in developing commercial territories.
In 2006, she moved to Beijing with her husband, a correspondent for an international news agency, and young son. A believer that you can sell almost anything if it’s packaged properly, Sally has recently launched her own brand consultancy in Beijing.
