Global Battle of the Bands kicks offs in BEIJING!

GBOB Challenge is the world’s biggest and live music competition open to bands of ALL GENRES. This is a real competition for un-manufactured talent. There are over 30 countries taking part in 2009!

Bands! Have you got two original songs? Want to represent Beijing and fly to Hong Kong to play a show? Want to represent China and fly to London, England to play a show? Sign up now and choose the heat night you want!

Bands will get international media coverage and exposure plus an opportunity to perform to a wider audience in a competitive setting. Plus a chance to meet other bands with the same passion and strengthen the live music community. All bands entering get a Premium 25 membership from music2deal.com, which can help further bands’ musical career.

There are limited spaces at each heat so bands are encouraged to sign up early. The top three bands from each heat will go through to the Beijing final. Audience votes counts for 50% in all heats.

Competition Rules: Each band plays 2 original songs for a total maximum of 8 minutes. ORIGINAL songs with NO pre-recorded music are the only two rules! Bands can be signed or unsigned. Age requirement: minimum 18 years old
