Now Mosto is giving one reader and a guest the opportunity to win a seat at the restaurant's special New Year's Eve dinner. The meal begins with a mixed green salad with winter strawberries, smoked cheese, candied chestnuts and herbs vinaigrette, followed by a choice of grilled beef tenderloin with creamy brussels sprouts or oven-roasted cod fish with spiced pumpkin purée, wild mushrooms sauce and artichoke ceviche. Finish off the meal with a delicious Mosto dessert—your choice of chocolate soufflé with a molten white chocolate center, raspberry coulis and Sichuan pepper ice, or goat cheese panna cotta with confit pears and basil foam. Each course will be accompanied by wine.
