Contributor Description
This unique workshop series will emphasize 6 powerful breathing practices (Pranayama) from the Yogic and Taoist traditions to bring the body into brilliance.
We will explore proper sitting positions for meditation and Pranayama.
Each day of the series will include an Asana practice (postures and stretches) to warm the body and awaken the mind as a preparation for Pranayama. RMB800/3 days.
