Tam Sek Lun Brunch
Tam Sek Lun, the chief executive chef of Chinese cuisine at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, will demonstrate his award-winning dishes at the Marriott Hotels in Beijing and Tianjin this April. Most of the events are private, but everyone’s welcome to attend a special brunch on April 11, followed by a cooking class. ¥188, ¥98 for children aged 6-12.

From April 9 to April 12, 2010, 12 Marriott hotels in Beijing & Tianjin feature the Michelin Star Chef Tam Sek Lun Culinary Tour.
Tam Sek Lun - Chief Executive Chef of Chinese cuisine at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel will demonstrate his award-winning dishes including 6 signature dishes.
The cooking class will also be held in Beijing on April 11 where participants can meet with Chef Tam and learn a few tips on cooking.
