This showcase is especially presented in celebration of Popoli Documentary Film Festival's Fiftieth anniversary, presenting eight films that changed documentary making history: pioneers of Direct Cinema, Maysles Brothers' With Love from Truman and Meet Marlon Brando, Terminus, the most famous English short film of the Sixties. Also three Italian documentaries will be screened, too. And all directors and Chinese director Lu Chuan will be invited for Q&A sessions.
