World Rabies Day: Vaccination Drive for Pets at ICVS

Did you know rabies is the leading fatal infectious disease in China? Did you know more than 95% of rabies transmissions are from owned dogs in China? Did you know more than 50% of rabies transmissions are among children under 15-years old? Did you know rabies is 100% preventable through vaccinations for pets and for people? The world is again joining together on September 28th to raise awareness and understanding about the importance of rabies prevention. Rabies is the oldest and deadliest disease known to mankind but awareness and prevention can help make rabies history!

In support of World Rabies Day on September 28, 2010, The International Center for Veterinary Services (ICVS) is hosting a rabies awareness seminar on September 25, 2010 to provide information and education about rabies prevention and all day rabies vaccination drives on September 25th and 28th:

Rabies Vaccination Drive for Pets:

Rabies Awareness and Prevention Seminar:
