I know you have been to other "network" meetings, and perhaps like us you have met a few good people but found your expectations unfulfilled and had to suffer the same old thing again and again..
Have you had these problems - Too much noise (Why do they have music at a networking meeting so you cannot network?) Lame "lucky draws", does anyone use the junk they give away at most events? Cramped space and you could not get to talk with more than a few people anyway Chaos! (as one bar manager recently described a local "networking" event) No easy way to follow up with the people you did not get a chance to meet A really bad location that was hard to find and not convenient to public transportation

I've been to the last two events run by this outfit. They always have great people there, and the way they are organized makes it easy to get to know them, even if you're not naturally outgoing.

I have been to both NetworkClub.com events and to Song Music Bar and Kitchen - they were both great and I met some wonderful people both from my native country, Canada, and other places.
