If you have heard terrible things about getting a a taxi out there don't worry. The Orchard / Yinyang Centre seem to have some arrangement with a few he ches nearby. They come pretty quickly. I have a couple of friends who have used the he che taxis and they have not complained of being ripped off, either. Exactly what they paid to get out there, they said.
