I wouldn't recommend this unless you have to have Western food and it's the only thing nearby. The food is average.

"Experience Review" This place a jam packed with people, superb Al Fresco concept. Had the Seafood Rissoto & its unbelievable fantastic with generous portions of seafood. Being an American restaurant, superb to see that they have Budweiser on tap. Check it out & to avoid dissapointment, go there a little earlier for good seats.

The service in this place is shocking!!! A group of 8 of us went here for "Happy Hour" drinks and one of our friends ordered Lime and water and was given a free happy hour ticket. Afterwards, they charged us 40 RMB for each and told us it wasn't actually covered under Happy Hour!! To make things worth, they came to our table 5 times and proceeded to tell us that it was our fault and we should know better. Nice friendly customer service right?!! We have been living here for over 3 years so this is not in the norm!! To make things even worse, no manager email on the web page to even complain....sad! Don't support this kind of terrible service please.

This is still one of my favorite all-round places for meetings and food with good drinks. I've been there probably 20 times, and although there's been the occasional service glitch, I haven't seen anythin gas bad as double77 describes.

The ambiance/environment is excellent, they have great draught beer, and a wifi connection that occasionally works ;)

I've been here a few times and I must say that not one occasion was without a "glitch". Our encounter varies from being served filthy milk jug for our coffee, slow service, wrong orders to inhaling that stinky stuff that the Ayi spray around and so on. Our tolerance level was quite high though, so we continued to visit until a few weeks ago. All I can say is, we ran out of patience and this place has a problem with customer service. I wonder what the team talk about during their afternoon briefing which I happened to see occasionally!

Just had a rather unpleasant service experience at this place that I remember used to be good about 2 years ago.

Only if you're really, really lucky does the Wifi actually work... so don't every go there expecting it to.

The main problem was not really the lack of wifi --- which is what I came there for --- but with the lack of attentiveness to the issue. It was well before lunch time, and I would mention the problem to someone who would walk away for 10 minutes before I got frustrated enough to call on another person to look into the situation. The managers never seem to be there either --- so there was no resolution and I had to walk away. (Luckily, Coups and Sculpting in Time are down the way, and their service is much better!)

Basically, I've given up on the management of this once good hangout... and I think the management have too. I only wish they would have flamed out while they were still one of my favorite places, then I'd still have good memories about it. As it is, they're just floundering into oblivion.

I agree with Double77. I thought this place prided itself on great service and good food. It's overpriced for what you get. I can't believe that you pay RMB 25 for a regular ice tea and don't get free refills. Tim's Texas gives you free refills on all soft drinks, etc. Plus, there are 10 waiters in each room and each one has an amazing ability to avoid eye contact as much as possible with their customers. We had to ask 3 times for everything and then some. Eudora was pretty good a few years ago, but it's slipping or getting lazy as the Lido area grows. Competition please!

WORST BRUNCH AND SERVICE IN BEIJING! STAY AWAY!

Don't judge a book by its cover: Visited this place yesterday for Sunday brunch. We were greeted with the most complicated ordering system known to man. We proceeded to order after which random plates of pretty ordinary food on the table (no where near enough for 8 of us). We ordered Tsingdao (3 pints) which came to the table which we soon discovered was watered down. On commenting politely to the waitress we were told that she had asked other customers and as they didn't have a problem with it we still had to pay. By this time they had taken away the beer (undrunken!) and refused to bring it back!

Bad service, bad attitude and you can get better at McDonalds for 1/4 of the price!

Does anyone know if Eudora Station changed management over the past 3 years? I remember I used to go there in 2004/5 and they had great service at the time. Now it's just awful.

I am currently sitting in this restaurant wishing I had read these reviews before I came.

I can't even say how pathetic the service is, because there's basically no service to speak of. The woman in the yard barked at me that there were no tables outside and left me to find my own table indoors where no-one cared whether I came or went. After 3 requests, I finally got the glass of water I had to wait 20 minutes for, then my pizza arrived cold and with something I had specifically asked that they not put on it. How did they rectify that? They went and reheated it and then tried to just remove the offending ingredient. And the pizza sucked - I didn't think there was such a thing as bad pizza, but I found it here! Thanks for nothing!

Everyone, please save yourselves the effort, don't bother coming!

went to this restaurant coz it looks really nice and warm inside (i went there during winter). but totally disappointed with the food. there were 4 of us that time, we each ordered different things, but none of use liked what we had. and that price for that kind of food are just not worth it for me. service was not really good too. since then, ive been telling my friends dont bother to go to this restaurant. there are plenty of thousand times much better restaurants in lido area.

i fully agree with all of the above mentioned worst ever written comments on a restaurant! after a series of service no-goes the restaurant's waiter stopped us from playing board and card games. (by the way, eudora is not a 5 star restaurant, they have a pool table and other sports stuff) basically our sunday brunch was destroyed due to their attitude and restaurant philosophy and we left right away. food was as well crap, we ll never visit this restaurant again! cheers
