This cozy courtyard restaurant serves lots of traditional Beijing snacks and other dishes. Daring diners should try the ma doufu, a pungeant dish made from fermented soy beans, or the jiemodun, a spicy cabbage that's China's answer to wasabi.
The restaurant is actually a traditional Beijing courtyard, located in Jiangjia dayuan Hutong. This is a good place to taste the Beijing snacks and dishes.
