Just be sure to get there in good time during peak hours -- or choose off-peak times. The Internet is there, of course, but so are the people.
Some of those seats feel a bit squashy, though; but with my legs clocking in at 1.1 meters in length, what else can you really say?...
One disadvantage (over winter), though, is that this place is pretty close to one of the main World Trade Center entrances. As a result, if it's sub-zero outside, you might feel the cold when someone comes in or leaves the tower.
