Just had the durian cakes (or durian rolls?) from the dim sum menu, and they were just incredible. I'm craving more already. Horizon just got a new executive chef from Hong Kong, and it seems he really knows what he's doing. I was also really impressed by how full this place was (mostly Chinese crowd, but some foreigners) even at lunch on a weekday - definitely a good sign.
