The Intercontinental’s Cantonese restaurant dishes up reliable renditions of spring rolls, turnip cakes and barbequed pork buns in a rarefied atmosphere. The open kitchen provides some entertainment. The service is not as smooth as you’d expect, but a very reasonably priced weekend buffet makes this place definitely worth a try.

The concept revolves from picking the best and freshest ingredients, to the whole process of combining it into audacious dishes. From the kitchen to the dining room, the whole experience will enlighten diners senses.

MENU The à la carte menu is drawn by ZEN’s original and signature dishes such as Braised Shark’s Fin with fresh Crab meat, Sweeten Double-boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest soup, Japanese “Gi Pin” premier Abalone and Deep-fried King Prawn with ‘Thai’ sauce, to name a few.

Wow! The weekend all you can eat buffet is fantastic! So fresh, Great value for money!

The service is a little strange, like, we got about 100 things we didn't order, but all tasty though! The milk tea was far too sweet, but otherwise it was great!
