Chef Law Wui Wing has over 30 years experience in Chinese Cooking and 9 years with Marriott Hotels including JW Marriott Shanghai and JW Marriott Seoul Korea. Pearl offers a contemporary approach with classical tastes on Cantonese cuisine.
