City Weekend Says

This Ritz-Carlton restaurant offers exceptional Cantonese cuisine in a refined environment. The hot and sour lobster soup boasts perfect flavors which complement rather than overwhelm each other, and the baked cod fish with lemon and honey is simple yet perfect. Don't miss the fantastic Cantonese desserts.

Classy Cantonese

Cantonese chef Jimmy Wong took over Qi’s kitchen in November, and the dishes coming out are truly exceptional. The hot and sour lobster soup (¥188) boasts perfect flavors which complement rather than overwhelm each other. The roasted crispy duck (¥108) is sweet and delicious, and the deep-fried shrimp roll (¥45) is amazing and crispy. The baked cod fish with lemon and honey (¥128) is so tender it falls apart at the touch of your chopsticks, and the flavor is simple yet perfect. The Cantonese desserts here are the best we’ve ever had, especially the mango and cream in glutinous rice (¥48). We look forward to the ¥288 all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch, due to be launched in February.
