You're not here for the décor nor the service, which is spotty at the best of times, but for the tasty and reasonably-priced dishes like the spare rib rice. This place is more canteen than restaurant, suitable for easygoing diners. While you may have to wait for a table and remind the waiters three times for your bill, when all is said and done, the food is satisfying. Perfect for meat and fresh veggies at your pace.

If you're in the mood for some cheap, yummy cantonese cuisine, then this 2-story hole in the wall is your place! It's usually packed with locals at all hours of the day (had to wait for a table at 11pm on a wednesday night once) so be ready to wait for a table, but the food (and prices) are unbeatable. Must try the chicken wings, garlic scallops, chow fun and rice dishes...soo yummy...and their milky fruit drink is great too!
*You can always get food to go (and avoid the wait!)
