This DimSum is amazing! Having Hongkong roots, living in Beijing I have been searching all over the city to find a decent dimsum place..but now I found it!
The restaurant Jewel itself is very nice as well, the decoration is well balanced and gives a nice asian atmosphere. As soon as we arrived very good service was present, we were guided to our table immediately.
When we received the menu, we couldn't be happier, all the traditional Dimsum dishes were there but really special ones were added. Go and try the sharksfin dumpling or the abalone congee.
The food presentation was more pretty than any other dimsum place I have seen. And most important, the taste was so good and so fresh. Big shrimps, well filled dumplings, fresh vegetables... And the best..you can just keep on eating as much as you want!
Its really a pleasure to start your saturday or sunday like this!

My dim'summary experience:
Service, not smooth, if there is a word it's rough, spilled teas all over the place when pouring. Call in to reserve a table, the reply I got was "no need to reserve, just walk-in we have plenty of tables". Food, bad to worse. Food selection little.
NOT a great place to have dim sum, would recommend SAMPAN the best place in town to have dim sum.
