Description

We stopped by this place on the way to a relative's house in Shunyi. It appears to be a converted greenhouse/farm area (about 2 km before Agrilandia, but on the other side of the road).

The tables are all separated by trellises with live vines growing, helping to separate each group of guests from one another. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the classic Midwestern "warehouse converted into Italian restaurant" feeling, but with Chinese characteristics. In this case, just "greenhouse converted into Chinese restuarant".

The food was hit-or-miss... though we were all trying new dishes, so it may have just been bad luck. We had a string beans + Tofu dish (made up on the spot) that turned out quite well. But the ham noodles and the mushrooms + random green vegetable were quite bland.

Anyhow, give it a shot and let me know if I'm missing the mark in my ordering skills.
