The number of glowing online reviews for Divina over the weeks leading up to our first order from this bakery left us suspicious. Could these desserts really live up to the hype? They do. The white chocolate cheesecake (¥320) is truly excellent, a perfect blend of sweet, sour, creamy and fresh. A thick, beautifully textured cheesecake with chocolate graham cracker crust is crowned with fresh, vibrant blueberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants. The tiramisu cake (¥280) is deliciously creamy without tasting too heavy or sweet. The cupcakes (¥220/dozen) are comparable to Lollipop Bakery in quality but slightly less sweet, and the vanilla icing is perfect. Delivery service is also very good, with unique, sturdy plates and utensils provided with your order.
